We specialize in commercial and medical office buildings and surgery centers, with an emphasis on every day maintenance, such as changing light bulbs, minor wall repairs, assemble office furniture, minor plumbing repairs, hang bulletin boards and pamphlet holders, and pressure wash buildings and walkways.
Do you offer services to private residences? Yes, we have a residential division for the every day maintenance of a home, such as hard to reach light bulb replacement, HVAC filter changing, smoke detecor battery replacement, pressure washing, and gutter clean out.
What are your rates? For commercial customers such as medical facilities, hourly rates are available as well as monthly maintenance contracts. Residential clients are billed according to the time and material per project.
Do you offer a free estimate? Yes, we will schedule a meeting, discuss your needs, and provide a scope of work for approval.
